VA Process Support
Our team can provide support in obtaining a COE for your Veteran home buyer as well as assistance with obtaining condominium approvals from VA. COE support is a small add-on to the email support box. Condo approvals are a separate charge for each condo approval.
Speaking
We’re available for general conference speaking engagements regarding the state of the VA home loan program as well as specific corporate events for those companies looking to focus more on serving our nation’s Veteran community. Availability for this is either in-person or virtual.
Corporate Training
This training is focused for Underwriters and production staff and is a thorough understanding of the guidance necessary to successfully meet the VA laws, regulations, handbook, and VA circular guidance. This training also provides the company with 3 months of free access to the VA support box with an annual service agreement.

As needed, we can do risk review, quality assurance review, and systematic compliance review for the customer to ensure their operational rules meet VA guidelines and intended guidance.
