There's now a temporary allowance for VA borrowers to pay for the broker's commission. This does not change how we represent our clients—we still help all buyers navigate the home-buying process. Most sellers still cover this charge, just as it was covered when many of us bought our homes. Whether you pay it now or later, we all pay it at some point.
