Jeff’s early career started when he enlisted in the US Army in 1979 and retired as a Major after more than 21 years of active and reserve service.

In October 2017, Jeff retired from government service with over 31 years of Federal Service after serving Veterans in the Loan Guaranty Division as the Loan Guaranty Officer at the Phoenix Regional Loan Center.  Jeff is our owner, consultant, training and an instructor. 

Ernie Gonzales served in the US Army and has had an amazing career as a real estate professional in Las Vegas. While his team handles the day to day business, he serves as association director with the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals. He is one of our instructors in Nevada.

Sean was a Combat Medic in the US Army.  Sean found his way into the mortgage lending world. Sean sits on the Board of Directors for the Denver Chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), as well as on the National Education Committee for VAREP. Sean serves an instructor for us in Colorado. 

Charles first began originating mortgage loans as far back as 1997 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His vast experience in correctly understanding and implementing Lending guidelines has earned him a reputation for being a "no-nonsense" Lender. A Homebuyer's ally that wrestles Underwriters to the n'th degree, and excels at arguing the merits of each file, often championing a Loan Approval against all odds. He specializes in VA Home loans and has a passion for educating and empowering our Military Service Members and Veterans to break barriers to homeownership. In his Seminars to Real Estate Agents and classes to Veterans he focuses on dismantling myths and misinterpretations, paving the way for successful Closings. He is a dedicated husband to his wife Rosa and father to two precious children Sebastian and Scarlett. They reside in Murrieta, CA.

  Tina has been in the lending industry for over 30 years with only a brief pause when she was a California Realtor, until 2008.  She is a Veteran of the US Air Force, working as a Calibration Specialist until joining the private sector in 1991, starting her career in consumer finance. Her passion is teaching and educating other industry professionals as well as her clients.  She has volunteered for many Veteran related organizations in her area and continues to take the information on the road with speaking engagements with any organizations that want to know about VAREP and their mission.

Former President of Northern Nevada Chapter of VAREP, 2022 & 2023, she is dedicated to educating home buyers, realtors and lenders in order to improve the lives of service members and Veterans. Her hope and vision is educate those that who do not understand VA Loans or are unaware of the changes in the VA home loan program for Veterans.
